Spirit of Amiga on hold, forever? Today is a sad day, for Danish eSportThe most respected organization lost its team today, and have now chosen to go on standby. Zahid 'Sui' Butt had this to say in the Pressrelease:I have over the past several years, tried their hand at many different players, and even though we the last 1 ½ years have shown reasonable good stability when the replacement was not different than many other teams, so it is simply too difficult steer the Danish cs players. . I have repeatedly tried to pull me into teams which have achieved promising and promised performance in the future. Their intentions were good, but still have bad friendships, intrigue and impatience, taken the lives of too many promising Danish teams and organizations. The problem is that it not only affects the team. It affects the degree also the organization behind. Therefore, I sit back, having lost my provisional last team with a bland taste in the mouth. The people I have had with me, collaborators and crew, have put their spare time in helping the team we've had inside, but these teams have little thought of what their actions have had the effect on the crew behind. It is generally very tedious experience you sit in again and again. I am afraid that very many otherwise strong forces have chosen to throw the manager role on the shelf just because of lack of respect and continuity from the Danish CS players. It does not stop here because it's not just the team being hit. Unfortunately, so is it also beyond the partners that I have too often been about to make a deal with. They are served a quote from me with the best intentions of giving them back their investment, but we are ready to write the contract chooses the team to split. It has happened a few times, so I at last have simply chosen to stop seeking more support. It undermines me, but in the greater scene, as these different partners to get these divisions too often. It is an embarrassing tendency to the scene and so much to me when I have been promised and the intentions of the team promised me. It is so difficult to have fought the battle with the sponsors so that will be left with a long nose because the team can not remain stable. Danish eSport CS and especially at the top needs in the degree to handles up a bit in themselves and show a little loyalty and cooperation towards the people who spend a lot of spare time to find ways to get just the players off to the good experiences can now be retrieved together. I have not given up opposite the CS team forever, but I'll have to see the scene slightly away from the next while. Look how my mistakes have been and they've been there, but also see if I can improve you and give me, and collaborators, a credible product. I must find out that this requires cooperation. It is not just organizations that must provide, but it is so even players who must give. Results are not enough, I must also sacrifice something good will and respect for the work to be done for you - to help yourselves! I will then, along with Crash Jack, look at whether we may need to try us again later with SOA. The whole fuss is linked: - Community and breadth - Organizers and managers - Top players If there are communities where there are a lot of ordinary players as manager and organizer has not to do anything, and then there had better not be something called Top Player or elite. Unless you have an elite within a game, so why not show sponsors organizers will find it difficult to set up tournaments and the like. Finally be said that this obviously does not apply to everyone. We have more stable cs players who understand how important the above is - unfortunately it's just a few! I thank all those partners, sponsors, crew and all the people who supported SoA in its own way in a very long time. In particular, sounds a big thank you to all those who still chose to support SOA in times where it has been really hard with the players. The last SoA team for now was:• Jack 'wazorN' Henriksen• Timm 'ArcadioN' Henriksen• Michael 'FriiS-' Friis Jørgensen• Rasmus 'FaagaN' Møller• Finn 'karrigan' AndersenSource: www.Spiritofamiga.net |
